1) Exemplify the 3 R's
Respect for Self , Respect for Others, Responsibility for your actions
Great leaders show respect for themselves and others. They don't need put someone else down for them to be in authority. Great leaders always take for responsibility for their actions. It's easy to follow someone when you know they have integrity and will take responsibility to make things right.
2) Be a great Communicator
Practice the art of communication. A great leader is a great listener and knows how to manage different personalities. When to speak and when to listen.
3) Be Committed
Every great leader has passion and is committed to the success of the organization or cause that they are working on. People follow them because they can see ( and feel) how passionate the leader is.
